Please read these Terms of Service (« Terms », « Agreement ») carefully before accessing or using the oxxxun.com website (the « Platform »). By accessing, browsing, or registering on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unreservedly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must leave the Platform immediately.
1. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM (DISCLAIMER OF AGENCY)
Advertising Directory Only: oxxxun.com is an online international classified directory and digital advertising space provider. oxxxun.com is not an escort agency, modeling agency, employment agency, booking agent, or payment intermediary.
No Transactions or Intermediation: The Platform provides digital advertising space to independent advertisers (including independent companions and modeling agencies). oxxxun.com does not:
Organize, facilitate, or schedule bookings, dates, or meetings.
Process payments, deposits, tips, or escrow funds between users and advertisers.
Take commissions, referral fees, or cuts from any interactions or meetings.
Independent Relationship: All advertisers featured on the Platform are completely independent third parties. oxxxun.com has no control over, and assumes no liability for, the actions, conduct, or services of any advertiser or user.
2. ELIGIBILITY & USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Platform, you explicitly warrant, represent, and agree that:
Age Requirement: You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your local jurisdiction, whichever is higher). Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Platform.
Legality: Your use of the Platform, and viewing of adult-oriented or non-pornographic advertising content, complies fully with all laws, rules, and regulations of the jurisdiction in which you are located.
Autonomous Action: Any contact made with an advertiser is done entirely of your own free will. oxxxun.com disclaims all liability for misrepresentations or impersonation by any user.
3. STRICT CONTENT & SAFETY POLICIES
oxxxun.com maintains a zero-tolerance policy for illegal, explicit, or harmful content:
Prohibited Content: The upload of pornography, explicit hardcore sexual media, content depicting genitals, or any illegal material is strictly prohibited.
Protection of Minors: oxxxun.com strictly prohibits any content involving underage persons, child exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or non-consensual material. Any violation will result in immediate profile deletion and permanent bans.
Identity & Verification: Advertisers may be required to undergo third-party identity, age, and biometric verification (e.g., via KYCAID, Veriff, iDenfy or similar tools). Verification status confirms identity check completion only and does not constitute a guarantee of personal identity or safety by oxxxun.com.
4. PAYMENTS & NO-REFUND POLICY
Advertising Fees Only: All fees collected by oxxxun.com are strictly for digital advertising space, subscriptions, and visibility enhancements (e.g., Top, Premium Top, Banners).
Payment Processing: Credit card and financial transactions are processed securely through third-party payment gateways/aggregators. oxxxun.com does not store raw credit card data on its servers.
Final Sales: All purchases of advertising services are final and non-refundable. No refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks will be issued once an advertising package is active, except at the sole and absolute discretion of oxxxun.com management.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USER CONTENT
User Content Ownership: You retain ownership of content (text, images, media) you submit, but grant oxxxun.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content for the operation of the Platform.
Prohibited Scraping: Systematic or automated data collection, scraping, data mining, or harvesting of content from the Platform without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
As-Is Basis: The Platform is provided on an « as-is » and « as-available » basis without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oxxxun.com, its owners, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or interactions with any advertiser.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless oxxxun.com from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your interactions with any third party found through the Platform.
7. GOVERNING LAW & CHANGES TO TERMS
Modifications: oxxxun.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation (e.g., Panama / Seychelles), without regard to conflict of law principles.
